Ashers Bakery was established in 1877. We manufacture & wholesale quality bakery produce throughout the UK & have a ‘baker’s dozen’ of our own shops and cafes around the Moray Firth area. We have a GM Free bakery with over 100 valued employees.

 

The business is owned & managed by brothers Alister & George Asher. We produce our award-winning range of 3 whisky cakes & 3 liqueur cakes in our modern production facility in Nairn. We also make biscuits, biscotti & our ‘MacGingers’, gingerbread men in kilts!

The fresh bakery lines for our shops include bread, rolls, sandwiches, savouries & confectionery with favourites being scotch pies, steak pies, sausage rolls, morning rolls, butteries, cherry rings & pancakes.
